Refunds & Cancellations

To receive a refund, all registration cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Security Industry Association (SIA) via events@securityindustry.org, no later than midnight EDT on July 8, 2026. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded. New registrations and cancellation requests received after July 8, 2026, are nonrefundable, but attendees may be substituted (see policy below on substitutions).
