Taking time to attend a conference can be a hard decision when you are really busy, but I am so incredibly glad I decided to attend the inaugural AcceleRISE conference! The best part was the ability to get a broader perspective; working for a security company gives you a view of the industry, but only as far as it concerns your role. AcceleRISE was an amazing experience. Many larger shows can be nonstop, but AcceleRISE is a great place for young professionals in this industry to speak openly about their experiences, share challenges and brainstorm together on how we can bring the security industry to the next level and futureproof the market.
