About Speaker

Alan Cheng is a member of the Security Industry Association (SIA) Security Practitioners Advancing Real Conversations (SPARC) community and the Hanwha customer council. He is currently a technical program manager for physical security technology at Salesforce, bringing over 20 years of hands-on and strategic experience in the physical security industry.

Cheng's career spans roles from installer/service technician to system administrator, design and architecture. At Salesforce, he focuses on enterprise strategy including automation/integration, artificial intelligence adoption, innovations and cyber resilience.

Beyond his core role, Cheng dedicates 30+ hours annually to volunteer work supporting both internal Salesforce programs and external community efforts.
