Working on Me, Working With Me, Working With Them
What does leadership in the security industry look like before the title comes? This session features three emerging professionals who entered the security space from different engineering paths and are actively shaping how work gets done early on in their careers.
Through real-world experiences, we’ll explore how the next wave of leaders builds confidence, establishes credibility and drives results across teams and functions. You’ll learn how to represent yourself effectively, turn ideas into data-driven action, how to find leadership without the titl and navigate workplace gaps between the technical individual contributor and the various end users we talk to daily.
