    Itzel Portillo is a digital marketing manager at Allegion with experience in social media strategy, brand growth and audience engagement. She develops data-driven campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive meaningful customer connections.

    Portillo holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Ball State University and is an active member of the SIA RISE Steering Committee, where she supports the development of emerging professionals in the security industry.

    Alan Cheng is a member of the Security Industry Association (SIA) Security Practitioners Advancing Real Conversations (SPARC) community and the Hanwha customer council. He is currently a technical program manager for physical security technology at Salesforce, bringing over 20 years of hands-on and strategic experience in the physical security industry.

    Cheng’s career spans roles from installer/service technician to system administrator, design and architecture. At Salesforce, he focuses on enterprise strategy including automation/integration, artificial intelligence adoption, innovations and cyber resilience.

    Beyond his core role, Cheng dedicates 30+ hours annually to volunteer work supporting both internal Salesforce programs and external community efforts.

    Rob Kay is a security technology leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and developing the next generation of industry professionals. As manager of enterprise security technology at Netflix, he leads global teams responsible for designing, deploying and operating technology that protects people, places and assets at scale.

    Before joining Netflix, Kay held senior leadership positions at Rivian and Northland Controls, where he spent more than 15 years leading engineering organizations and delivering complex security technology programs for some of the world’s most recognized companies. Throughout his career, he has focused not only on solving technical challenges but on creating environments where people can grow, take ownership and do the best work of their careers.

    Originally from the United Kingdom and now based in California, Kay is a firm believer that great leadership is built on curiosity, trust and continuous learning. He is passionate about mentoring emerging talent, sharing knowledge freely and helping others navigate their careers in an industry that is evolving faster than ever.
