Gannon Switzer has been in the security industry for 22 years, with six years as a manufacturer’s rep for Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. He joined Koorsen in 2009 as branch manager, assisting in the incorporation and rebranding of the division into a standalone SBE/WBE – Koorsen Security Technology (KST) ($3.5M) and served as director of corporate sales, vice president of sales and administration, executive vice president and chief strategist before serving as president of KST ($19M).

Gannon spent 11 months as director of strategic vendor relationships for Kratos Public Safety & Security ($125M) before the Securitas acquisition in 2018. He served as EVP of D/A Central Inc. in 2019-2021 before joining Vector Firm. Gannon is a Indiana University track and cross country alum and a former teacher and high school coach and still resides on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Gannon has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales leadership, in system integrators. He joined Vector Firm in 2021 as vice president, focused on sales leadership and sales process consulting. Today, Vector Firm offers sales training, digital marketing services, sales management consulting, talent optimization consulting and professional speaking services. Gannon is a certified predictive index practitioner with more than 10 years of experience helping management teams and organizational leaders attract, retain and inspire peak individual and team performance.

John Szczygiel is the Chief Operating Officer of Brivo, a privately held, cloud-native building security provider. He is an accomplished executive in the property technology industry with previous roles at Siemens, Security Technologies Group and Sensormatic. A holder of multiple patents, John has helped to drive the strategic shift to cloud-based property technologies. At Brivo, John leads teams responsible for sales, business operations, product management and customer experience. John is a graduate of the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

Gary Lunetta is a seasoned leader in corporate physical security technology with over a decade of experience driving innovation through the design, development, and optimization of advanced security systems and new product deployments. As Director of Security Systems and Technology at Salesforce, he oversees global implementation and lifecycle management of the company’s Physical Access Control System (PACS), encompassing more than 18,000 endpoints across 100+ offices and 40+ data centers worldwide.

Gary holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. He also holds specialized certifications in PACS and leading project management platforms.

Recognized for his strategic vision and technical acumen, Gary is highly skilled in leveraging advanced analytics to synthesize data from cross-functional programs—uncovering critical trends, anomalies, and operational insights. This alongside his enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, has been instrumental in transforming global security operations, enabling his team to shift from reactive responses to proactive, data-informed decision-making at scale.
