Ryan Roberts is an expert in business partnerships, customer advocacy, construction and security industry trends and security software and hardware.

Ryan has been part of the safety and security industry with Allegion, and previously Ingersoll Rand, for over 14 years. Since initiating his career as a member of Allegion’s Sales Leadership Development program, Ryan has held various roles of increasing responsibility throughout his tenure at Allegion. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for yearly revenue growth of a large multistate territory, coaching and developing teams, recruiting and onboarding top talent, tactical management of key customer relationships and strategy development of complex, multidisciplined pursuits within the security industry.

Ryan graduated from Oklahoma State university with degrees in business and human environmental science and later went on to receive his MBA from University of Texas Dallas.
