Relatively Speaking

Judy Shoulak currently works in business with each of her three children: as a Franchisee of Mathnasium with her son Joe, a Franchisee of Bach to Rock with her son Jake, and as a Partner in Relatively Speaking with her daughter Sarah.

Prior to that, Judy served as EVP, President of North America Buffalo Wild Wings. Her genuine and approachable style, unwavering determination to accomplish the company’s goals, and dedication to developing passionate, high-performing teams have enabled her to achieve consistently strong results.

Before joining Buffalo Wild Wings, Shoulak held leadership positions at OfficeMax, Inc.; The Original Cookie Company; and JCPenney. Shoulak has a B.A. in Business Administration and serves on the board of directors for Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities. In addition, she has served as an active board member for the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance, where she currently sits on the Advisory Board
