As an ecosystem of platforms become part of every solution, the lines between partner and competitor begin to blur. It is no longer a zero-sum game; believe it or not, you can both win. Winning 100% of two opportunities versus 75% of eight opportunities is the potential cost of your next sales call. How do you balance competition and brand protection against leveraging partnerships to deliver what your client is asking for? What is the right thing to do if you alone can give your client 90% of what they are looking for, but by partnering with someone, you can give your client 150% of what they want but you only get 75% of the deal? This session will explore the value of “coopetition” within the security ecosystem.
