About the Session

One of the most valuable tools that a security project manager can have is people skills. A security project manager can be very technical and have a wealth of project knowledge, but unless they take into consideration the “human factors” in a security project, the outcome may be less than desirable. A security project usually includes a myriad of stakeholders, and it is incumbent on the security project manager to be able to communicate effectively with all the various parties. This presentation will provide insights on the relationships and correlations among project stakeholders and how to foster strong communication with all involved.
