An avid teacher and learner, Dr. Alka Khungar is a customer experience leader at Johnson Controls International. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, teaching graduate level courses in the university’s school of business.
Khungar holds a Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State college and obtained a doctor’s degree, Doctor of Management, Organizational Leadership and Management, from the University of Phoenix. Her hobbies include reading, traveling and working out. She has two children and lives with her husband of 24 years in Wellington, Florida.
